Back Porch-Snake

The framer's building focus was on the back porch today. The first picture of their work was taken before lunch, and the second was taken later after lunch.

I can't believe I forgot this. I forgot to post that Paul killed our first rattle snake on the property Sunday afternoon. We were at the property Sunday late in the afternoon to water the trees. I was watering trees near the entrance road and Paul was up at the house looking things over. He saw a snake slither out from under the building dumpster, grabbed a big rock and wham! chopped its head off. It was a good size rattle snake about five feet long. Unfortunately I did not have the camera, or I would have documented the kill.
